Bill is a founding partner of Moody Aldrich & Sullivan which was established in 1988 and later became Moody Aldrich Partners. Bill leads the firm's management team and business strategy and oversees the firm's investment activities, including its hedge fund seeding business. He has seeded several internal strategies and led the acquisition of the Pierre & Co. All Cap Value strategy and oversaw its rebranding and capital raise. Previously, he was co-founder, President and Chief Investment Officer at Dewey Square Investors, a multi-billion dollar diverse strategy firm that was sold to United Asset Management. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Institutional Investment Management at Bank Boston for fourteen years. Bill is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a B.S. in Economics from Syracuse University.

Chris has over twenty five years of private equity and hedge fund seeding experience with special emphasis on identifying and seeding talent in a robust, highly disciplined structure focused on multiple layers of value creation. Chris is instrumental in developing and executing Harvest Fund's business strategy, including sourcing and vetting seed candidates and negotiating deal structures. Previously, he was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Weston Capital Management's hedge fund seeding business where he incubated over ten firms and grew the platform to $1.2 billion. He was also Founder and President of Value Asset Management (VAM), a Bank of America backed private equity holding company that took majority interests in premier investment firms. His resume includes the acquisition of a majority equity stake in Grosvenor Capital Management in 1998, a major fund of hedge funds firm, subsequently sold to Hellman & Friedman in 2007. During his tenure as an owner of Grosvenor, he devoted time tracking and understanding Grosvenor Venture Partners, the seeding business that allocated to five emerging hedge funds that all matured into blue chip firms. Knowledge gained from this experienced served as a model for Weston's incubation business and now Harvest Fund. Within Weston he provided seed capital to White Oak Capital in 2007 (a thriving, distressed debt hedge firm in San Francisco) and Agamas Capital in 2005 (a successful multi-strategy credit hedge firm). Chris has excellent relationships up and down the industry chain that impact the seeding business, including manager sourcing, institutional funding, legal and exit financing and he has detailed knowledge of historical hedge fund transactions and the players involved. He was also General Partner at Olympus, L.P., a $100 million mezzanine/equity private equity fund, co-sponsored by Odyssey Partners. Formerly he sourced and structured leveraged buyouts and other acquisition finance transactions at GE Capital. Chris earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth and a B.A. from UMASS Amherst.

Eli Kent, CIMA

Eli helps develop and execute Harvest Fund's business strategy, including raising capital, vetting seed candidates and structuring deals. Eli joined Moody Aldrich Partners in 2002 to restructure the firm's marketing, product distribution and investor relations efforts and became a partner in 2006. He assisted in the 2003 acquisition of the Pierre & Co. All Cap Value strategy, rebranded as Moody Aldrich Focused Value, and led its sales and marketing strategy. Eli developed a robust distribution platform through consultants, large financial institutions and direct client acquisition resulting in over $2 billion in new assets. He helps develop and execute Moody Aldrich Partners' business strategy and assists in the management of the firm with special emphasis on client acquisition and retention and special projects. Prior to joining MAP, Eli earned an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Previously, he worked at MFS Investment Management in institutional sales and at Fidelity Investments in institutional client management. He attended The Wharton School for Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania and received the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation and earned a BA in Government and History from St. Lawrence University.
